Return and Exchange Policy
1. Sold goods are non-returnable or non-exchangeable, except in the following cases:

- If an error occurred in the order, the company will bear the shipping costs for returning and sending a new order at no cost to the customer.

- If the order is correct based on the customer's request, the customer will bear all shipping costs to the store for returning and returning the order within a maximum of 2 days from receiving the order and notifying us.

2. Customers are not entitled to a return or exchange if the product is not damaged.
All products are inspected before leaving the store.

3. If the order is approved through one of the contact numbers listed, the return or exchange policy mentioned above applies.

4. The order will be shipped within at least two days after the transfer.

5. If the order is canceled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the customer via the account from which the transfer was made.

Payment and Delivery
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
It ships from the store within 48 hours, to all governorates of the Sultanate during the week except Friday.

How much are the shipping and delivery costs for the order?
The shipping or delivery fee is 2 Omani riyals, and delivery is delivered to your doorstep in all governorates and wilayats of the Sultanate except for Musandam, Masirah, and Al Wusta. The full shipping cost will be shown on the payment page before completing the order.
An additional shipping cost may be calculated if the order quantity exceeds more than one bag. The excess amount will be paid in cash upon receipt of the order.

Where are orders delivered? Shipping and delivery are available to all governorates and states of the Sultanate, except for remote areas.

What payment methods are available?

What happens after payment?

After the customer confirms payment, the order will be shipped using our approved shipping companies. You will receive a message on your phone number confirming that your order is ready, along with your order number.
